Jocelyne joined Mercia in 2023. She has an extensive background working in a variety of high growth businesses, small to large, in executive and senior roles focussed on product differentiation, marketing, revenue maximisation and operations. Prior to Mercia, Jocelyne helped shape OXGENE in recent years as COO and then as CEO following OXGENE’s sale to WuXi. Jocelyne holds a Masters in Engineering from the University of Southampton.
